Shawn Leadbetter is candid, hardworking, and interpersonal. Shawn made selling my home an enjoyable process. He was constantly informing me of updates, and rapid in his responses with any questions pertaining to selling my home. I think we all go through the process of not knowing who to chose to be our realtor. I knew many realtors and Shawn was by far the best. Not only is he a realtor, but he is also an asset to the community in which we live. You will not find a better real estate company the "Iron Valley" in the Lehigh Valley, Monroe, or Carbon area. If there were 10 stars available and not just 5, Shawn would get all 10 stars. He is the best realtor I have dealt with and spoken to. While looking at homes on Zillow, we were matched with Isa Peralta. To this day we are grateful to have had the opportunity to have had her as our realtor, especially as first time home buyers! Isa made us feel much less stressed about buying a home, even in a sellers' market. Isa made an effort to get to know my fiance and me, as well as, our wants/needs in a home. With her expertise, we found the perfect first home for us! If you do not have a realtor, definitely go with Isa Peralta!

Eric came to my house after seeing high praise about him and his team on Facebook. I couldn't be happier with how everything went from start to finish. Eric came over to talk about selling my business. He convinced me to list both my home and business. I wanted to relocate, but thought I had to sell the business first so that I wasn't homeless. Selling a home is not a piece of cake, so it helps to have a professional and yet approachable realtor on your side. When we met Eric, we immediately connected well. Eric can convey complex information in an honest and straightforward way, without dumbing things down. He and his team also clearly know how to sell a house, from having professional pictures taken to marketing it to the right target population. Our open house, which drew more than 30 people and 3 bids on it within just four days on the market, was obviously in very competent hands with his team. Selling a home is stressful, Eric and his team certainly strove to make things as easy as possible, and we always felt to be in good hands. Overall, it was a smooth and relatively painless process.
